Dress Code: If the participant already has dance shoes, black jazz pants/leggings, or tights that still fit and are not the styles listed below, please ask your instructor if they will work before purchasing new shoes, pants, or tights. If you are purchasing new, please buy the specific styles listed below. Proper leotard color and styles are required for participation in class by the third class of enrollment. .
We recommend buying your product at our location at our DREAM store or going to a local dance shop like June’s Dancewear and Dancers Closet (address & phone below) for dance attire and accessories.

Boys: (All levels)
- White t-shirt
- Black tights/leggings/jazz pants/black shorts
- Black ballet shoe
Girls: (By levels)
Pre-Ballet, Tap, and Jazz (ages 2-3, 3-4, 5-6)
- If student already owns light pink leotard and skirt they can use that otherwise purchase the above
- Capezio ultra soft transitional tights #1816 color: ballet pink or any pink convertible footed tight
- Leather light pink ballet shoe
- Black patent tap shoes
- Black slip on jazz shoes (if needed)
All classes ages 6- up
- Black cap sleeve, long sleeve, or camisole leotard (all must be lined)
- ballet pink or any shade of nude convertible tight
- Any canvas or leather split sole ballet slipper color: ballet pink
Jazz: (All levels, boys and girls)
- Black leotard, pink or tan tights, fitted dance shorts or any leggings
- Black slip on jazz shoe (company dancers will wear nude and often need black and nude jazz shoes. Please refer to company director’s instruction on specific styles chosen for each new season)
Hip- Hop: (All levels, boys and girls)
- Any tank top/t-shirt, class leotard or crop top
- Hip-hop pants (any style or color), leggings, or joggers
- Any clean supportive tennis shoe or converse
Lyrical/ Contemporary: (All levels, boys & girls)
- Any nude colored turner half sole dance/lyrical shoe or foot paws
Dance Company Members/Hip Hop Crew will be given information regarding their dance attire in August once we have all of the auditions and have a dance company meeting.
